Give new life to your cosmetics!

Do you also want something new but still have an endless supply of half-used creams?

Would the temptation be to pretend not to see them or even throw them away?
In the first case it would be a huge waste, while in the second you would cause damage to the environment: think of how many resources were used for the creation, processing and even transportation of those products...
If we then consider that a full cosmetic must be thrown away in the unsorted waste collection, this is really unsustainable: we couldn't even recycle the packaging!
Recycle creatively, give new life to your cosmetics!
Let's see some ideas to learn how to reuse them

Turn your moisturizer into a scrub: This way you can use a facial or body moisturizer that you no longer like!

All you need to do is put a little product in a small bowl and add some sugar, preferably unrefined cane sugar (crystal sugar may be too aggressive on sensitive skin).

Transform a rich cream into a hand mask: Do you have a very thick or glycerin-rich cream that you don't use? You can use it to create a highly hydrating and nourishing hand pack: you only need a pair of disposable gloves for the application time!

Spread the product generously on your hands and wear gloves, the product will act as a real mask whose result will be enhanced by the heat effect of the glove!

Your hands will thank you!

Use cleansing milk to clean your makeup brushes: its formula will eliminate powder residues without ruining or drying the bristles, then rinse with warm water and let dry!

Old mascara can become an eyebrow comb: recover the brush, wash it well with a cleanser and hot water, try to eliminate the waxy residues of mascara and once dry you can use it as a comb for always tidy eyebrows!

And where do I throw away cosmetics once they're used up?

Separate waste collection is mandatory to prevent packaging from becoming harmful to the environment...

It is important to understand that product packaging must be completely cleaned before being thrown away, otherwise it must be disposed of in unsorted waste!

Therefore , mascara, nail polish, lipsticks, glosses, eye and lip pencils , which cannot be cleaned, will necessarily end up in the dry waste bin ; while all the jars that can be rinsed to eliminate product residues can be disposed of in glass or plastic!
