Right of Withdrawal
1. In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
3. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer can access the "My Orders" section of their customer account and select the appropriate return request function for the relevant order.
Alternatively, the consumer can initiate the procedure via the dedicated link contained in the order-related email communications sent by Profumeria Lauda.

Upon receipt of the request, Profumeria Lauda will verify its compliance with the requirements of current legislation and these sales conditions. If the verification is successful, the consumer will receive instructions for returning the product and, where applicable, directions for organizing collection via an affiliated courier.
5. The goods may also be returned to one of Profumeria Lauda S.r.l.'s stores, or shipped via a specific request to Profumeria Lauda, which will inform the relevant courier, or shipped at the company's expense and with a courier of its choice to:

6. Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, for:
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or health protection and that have been opened after delivery;
- cosmetic products, perfumes, treatments and other sealed items that have been opened, used or deprived of the original seal, where present;
- goods custom-made or clearly personalized;
- other cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
7. The consumer is only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Products must be returned, where possible:
- complete with original packaging and accessories;
- accompanied by any gifts, samples, and documentation received;
- adequately packaged for transport.
8. Once the returned products have been received or proof of their shipment has been acquired, Profumeria Lauda will refund all payments received from the consumer relating to the products subject to withdrawal, including any standard delivery costs incurred at the time of purchase.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication, without prejudice to Profumeria Lauda's right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned them, whichever occurs first.
9. The site will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund.
