3. Use the right cream for you
Choose sunscreens based on your phototype and your needs, by now you should know your skin... If you have a light complexion or burn easily you should use a high protection: mandatory SPF 50, while if you have a darker complexion you can use a medium filter such as SPF 30 or 20.
4. Stimulates melanin
Supplement your diet with foods rich in carotene (carrots, melon, apricots) that stimulate melanin. Antioxidant vitamins that fight free radicals.
