Return and Refund Form

You can return your products within 14 days of receiving them in a few simple steps!

How to return?

1. Please make sure that the products to be returned are in their original packaging (including cellophane if it was present upon delivery), unopened and unused. We accept returns of opened or used products only in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport.
2. Download the form at this link and fill it in completely, indicating the products to be returned and the reason for the return. Send it by email to customer@ethosprofumerielauda.com
3. Prepare the package using the original packaging and taking care to package it in such a way that the products inside are not damaged during the trip.
4. Also include a copy of the form indicated in point 2 inside the package.
5. Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package , send the returned item with the courier that we will indicate to you to the address indicated in point 2, or deliver it in person, including the requested documentation, to one of our points of sale.
6. Once we receive the package we will replace the defective/damaged product or refund the amount due.

The cost of return shipping will be refunded only in case of defective, damaged or non-corresponding products.
