Combination skin is probably the most common and frequent type. The peculiarity of this type of skin is that there is the simultaneous presence of areas that have different needs.

The famous T-Zone

When we talk about the T-zone we are referring to that part of the face that includes the forehead, nose and chin and is prone to appearing very oily or very dry.

In particular, on the T-zone, there are characteristics similar to those of oily skin, such as shine, due to excessive production of sebum and impurities such as blackheads, whiteheads and dilated pores.

But be careful:

On the cheeks and, possibly, around the eyes, the wings of the nose and around the mouth, however, we have normal or dry skin that very often tends to dehydrate .

• Diet , although not a decisive factor, can contribute to excessive sebum production.
