Regenerate
A good exfoliation is the basis for perfect skin, apply a scrub on your face 1-2 times a week, based on the needs of your skin: if you have sensitive skin choose a delicate exfoliating treatment, if instead your skin is mixed or oily you can use a sebum-regulating one!
The scrub is also recommended for the body, it will make your skin soft and luminous, more receptive to subsequent treatments!
Hydrate
It's time to give your skin what it needs. After cleansing, apply a moisturizer in the morning and evening, choose it based on the appearance of your skin, if you feel tight and dry your skin needs a rich product, if it is shiny apply an oil-free moisturizer to not weigh down your skin!
Don't forget that your body also needs hydration, even if your skin doesn't feel as dry as during the summer, it is advisable to apply a hydrating treatment or a nourishing oil with energetic massages from the bottom up to give you a feeling of lightness!
